Use a measurement tape to measure the inner diameter of any ring you have.If you do not own a ring you can calculate the diameter your self by measuring the perimeter using a stroke of paper or a rope around your finger. Measure the length of the stroke/rope and device it by PI, thus 3,14. This number should tell you the diameter. Check our size guide for more detailed information.

Orders are sent from out office within 48hrs of payment, except for preorders and customised jewellery.

The shipping class for glass boxes deviate from the standard shipping rates.- Netherlands – €7,95 standard with track & trace- Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg – €9,80 regular mail or €12,95 track & trace (insured)- International – €18,20 regular mail or €26,20 track & trace (insured)Orders placed over €85,- will receive free ground shipping within the Netherlands.

Once we've shipped your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation that your order has been fulfilled. Please also check your spam folder. Items are usually shipped the same day with a maximum of 7 days after receipt of payment, except in special circumstances. MAY-LI cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays by the postal services Note! If your shipping address is wrong, please immediately send an email to info@maylijewels.com with the correct address. Most packages will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Once the package is sent, we cannot modify the shipping address anymore.

Once your order leaves our warehouse you will be sent a track and trace email for your shipment. If you don't receive it drop us a mail. But be sure to check your Spam folder first.

All tracking parcels are tracked and sent via DHL my parcel. Standard parcels without tracking are being send via PostNL postal stamps.

We do not have a showroom for you to pick up.

The warranty commences on the date the product is purchased. This is indicated on the proof of purchase. Make sure you keep it well. We give a 3-month warranty on our earrings, silver bracelets & chains on production and material faults.

EXCLUSIONS

No warranty is given on the plating of the gold jewelry. We advise to be careful with water, perfume, hairspray and lotions. Damage from normal wear is not covered by the warranty. Also having the jewelry processed by another party is not covered by the warranty. Please read our Jewelry Care page for more info.All other damage/wear including everyday wear and tear, damage to gemstones or other forms of damage are not covered by our warranty. Wear and tear is not considered a fault and as such is not covered by our warranty.Manufacturing Faults do not include the following:

– General wear and tear

– Damage from improper care or negligence

– Broken/bent claws or prongs

– Pieces that are scratched, bent or misshaped

– Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones

– Any work including resizes and repairs undertaken by another jewelerAlthough gemstones are hard, they can be broken, chipped or lost if not carefully cared for. Gemstones that have come loose, damaged or lost due to damage are not covered under warranty.

This depends on the status of your order. You should contact our Customer Service with your order number and request as soon as possible and we can try and facilitate your request.

To avoid mass production, our stock is not always continuous. Please contact our Customer Service to know if the item you have been eying on is coming back.

Occasionally we'll put popular items on pre-order, allowing customs to reserve their item before they arrive at our warehouse. Once in stock items are dispatched immediately

After having confirmed your order and proceeded to your secure payment method, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This includes a summary of the order, the item(s), the quantity, the price of the selected products, the payment method and the delivery address. If you do not receive this please check your spam folder or contact our Customer Service

We exclusively work with 925 sterling silver, which means that one item consists of 92,5% silver and 7,5% of an other metal. The sterling silver makes the item super shiny and the other metal makes sure to keep it strong enough for normal wear and tear. Our gold plated jewels are triple plated in micron 18 ct. gold.  

Our birth- and energystones are natural gemstones, which are found in nature and handcrafted. Because of this, the colors may differ a little bit from the images shown on our website and Social Media pages.

In general

Don’t wear your jewelry when going to the gym, taking a bath or having a dip in a swimming pool.

Be careful when cleaning. The chemicals in household cleaning liquids may cause damage to your jewelry.

Make sure your jewelry is not placed in direct sunlight or heat.

Avoid contact with cosmetics, perfume and sunscreen.

Store your jewelry on a cool, dry place or in the original Mayli pouch. Store every item apart to prevent scratches on the surface.

The natural oils in your skin help keeping your jewelry shining.

Sterling silver

Because of the natural tarnishing process, it’s important to store your jewelry apart from each other in a dry and cool place. To keep your items as beautiful as possible, we recommend to polish them every now and then with a soft toothbrush and mild soap.

Gold plated

The plating of our jewelry will fade slowly, due to natural processes. You’ll keep your items nice and beautiful by not wearing them when swimming, washing your hands or showering. How long the gold plating will last, depends on the acidity
of the owners skin and  usual wear and tear. Store your items apart from each other in a dry and cool place and polish them every now and then with a soft toot brush and mild soap.

Birth- and energystones

Natural gemstones are delicate, and therefore it's important to be careful with the impact of contact with abrasive surfaces. Avoid contact of your gemstones with extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics and household cleaning chemicals.

Tarnishing  of your 925 sterling silver jewelry occurs due to air humidity, light or contact with water. It’s therefore best to store your jewelry on a dry and cool place and separately from each other (for
instance separate in your Mayli pouches). Make sure to not store your jewelry in your bathroom, because of the humidity.

We advise you to
polish your jewelry every now and then with a soft toothbrush and mild (natural) soap. Rinse the items and dry them directly after. Polishing with a microfiber-, silver- or other non-abrasive cloth will help keeping your items shiny as long as possible and prevents the oxidating process.

In general

Oxidating is a natural process that appears on sterling silver jewelry and causes when jewelry is exposed to air humidity, light or contact with water. Just by wearing your items, the oils on your skin help keeping them shiny.

Besides, we are offering a service for polishing and regilding your jewelry from €45,- excluding shipping costs for sending your item back. More info about our plating service can be found here.

The gold layer of your gold-plated jewelry can wear off over time, exposing the sterling silver base
again. Therefore, we are offering a gold-plating service for all of your sterling silver jewelry, if it’s Mayli branded or not. We offer to polish and regilde from €45,- exluding shipping costs for sending your item back. Every Mayli jewel comes with a of 3-month warranty, which covers damage caused during manufacturing. We are not able to take in damages caused by wearing our items or damages caused by repairing by others within these 3 months.
